“He is not here, for He has risen, as He said.” The angel declared this truth to the startled women who visited Jesus’ tomb on resurrection Sunday, and they were filled with awe and hope. At Cedarville, we continue to declare that message, with boldness and conviction. We believe the Lord Jesus died, was buried, and rose from the dead three days later, for the forgiveness of our sins. This is the foundation on which Cedarville stands and the core of what we build into each student’s 1,000 days here. This weekend we pray for local churches celebrating the resurrection of Jesus, for pastors who will boldly preach the Word, and that God will draw many to salvation by the power of the Gospel. We have a life-changing Hope that cannot be shaken. He is risen, and that changes everything.
