Recent graduate Stanley Schwartz was notified this spring that he won a Fulbright Scholarship. He is the second Cedarville student to receive this prestigious prize from the U.S. Department of State. He will use this scholarship to conduct research at the Australia National University next fall. Stanley, who graduated with a double major in history and economics, was also one of two President’s Trophy honorees during our 122nd annual commencement May 5. Remarkable graduates such as Stanley demonstrate the core of what we aim for during each student’s 1,000 days — intentional discipleship that transforms lives for godly service, vocational distinction, and cultural engagement.
