Join us live or online on Sunday, December 2, at 6 p.m. for our annual Community Christmas Celebration. This concert has become a tradition for the more than 3,000 who attend every year and begin their Christmas season enjoying choral and instrumental music worshiping through inspiring renditions of classic carols.
Please join us for this musical celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ. If you’re not able to join us in person, view the concert via livestream.
O Come, All Ye Faithful is one of the most beloved and treasured carols in the Christmas tradition. And now, Cedarville’s HeartSong worship students have created their own beautiful rendition of this inspiring traditional favorite. We pray you are encouraged by this triumphant reminder of the tremendous sacrifice and love that brought King Jesus to Bethlehem.
As the fourth stanza tells us, “Jesus, to Thee be all glory giv’n; Word of the Father, now in flesh appearing; O come, let us adore Him, Christ the Lord.” He is the reason Cedarville exists and the best gift we receive during this holy season.
Our annual Community Christmas Celebration concert, a musical remembrance of the birth of Jesus Christ, will be held at 6 p.m. this Sunday, December 3, in the Jeremiah Chapel. This year, the event will also be livestreamed online.
I always look forward to this stirring celebration of the Christmas season, featuring the tremendous talents of our many bands, ensembles, and choirs, especially the Hallelujah Chorus from Handel’s Messiah. The concert is free of charge and open to the public. Please join us in person or online!
On behalf of the Cedarville University family, Joy, Rachel, Samuel, and I pray you have a blessed Christmas and start to the New Year. God has bestowed His grace on us in many ways. We shared a few of those blessings in our annual Christmas greeting. Please let us know if we may ever be of service, and take time to celebrate King Jesus during the upcoming holidays.
